UPDATE #1: I want to upgrade this post. Tim, a Manager, from Stanley phone me this afternoon to let me know that he wanted me to become a happy client. Later, I explained that his service supplier sprayed all around my bed, and the items underneath my bed, charged me an outrageous price and that they were running a promotion for servicing a house/yard much bigger than mine for $135, he provided me service for 1/2 of everything I had been charged ($485), but would not honor the promotion.
I think Tim felt great about his deal. I obviously didn't, and remain an unhappy customer. I told Tim if my employees treated people and supplied service the way Stanley had done, I'd have given away my services free of charge and done anything necessary to fix the problem. .
UPDATE #2: Another upgrade. . .Tim only called back and said he felt bad about the way I had been treated daily and wanted to honor the promotion price for $135. It is actually kind of Tim to reconsider. I hope Stanley invests in training its employees on check it out customer support and being good citizens.
