I think Tim felt great about his offer. I obviously didn't, and remain an unhappy customer. I told Tim if my employees treated people and supplied service the way Stanley had done, I'd have given my services away free of charge and done anything necessary to correct the problem. .
UPDATE #2: Another upgrade. . .Tim just called back and said right here he felt bad about how I had been treated daily and wanted to honor the promotion cost for $135. It is actually kind of Tim to reconsider. I hope Stanley invests in training its employees on client support and being good citizens.
